I have been to many other GSA sponsored events and as a general rule they deal with policy and procedure. This is very
important to know and understand, but unfortunately the difference between success and failure when dealing with federal
agencies is understanding the "unwritten" reality of federal sales and marketing. Your seminar provided this information for
